INDIVIDUAL, ANCESTRAL and COLLECTIVE TRAUMA INTEGRATION

The COLLECTIVE TRAUMA INTEGRATION PROCESS is a body of work developed by Thomas Hübl and our community of practitioners over more than 20 years. It is based on the mystical and scientific understanding of our interdependence and of the need to integrate personal, trans-generational and collective trauma in order to stop the perpetual reenactment of cycles of violence and suffering within our families, communities and globally.

This work is based on six principles:

  • COHERENCE BUILDING - Synchronizing body, emotions, mind and spirit and forming relational coherence as a group.

  • UNVEILING FRAGMENTATION - Bringing awareness to the absence, denial and repression of the trauma.

  • BECOMING A CONDUIT - Inviting previously absent information to be expressed.

  • LISTENING TO THE FIELD - Precisely tracking the specific quality of individual and collective voices that arise during the process.

  • INTEGRATING & RESTORING - Small and large group processing

  • TRANSFORMATION & META-LEARNING - Transpersonal witnessing, reflection and integration of the process and impulses for transformative and restorative action.
